What You’ll Need to Make Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding:
Chia Seeds: You can’t make a chia pudding without chia seeds! Chia seeds are an incredibly nutrient-dense food. They are rich in fiber and also contain protein, fat, and vitamins and minerals.
Vanilla Protein Powder: The protein powder gives the chia pudding a vanilla flavor and adds protein, which makes it a more satiating meal. Be sure to use a gluten free and/or dairy free protein powder if you need to make this recipe gluten free and/or dairy free.
Oat Milk: I used oat milk, but you can use any milk based on your preference. Look for an unsweetened variety if that’s available to you.
Sweetener: You will need a little bit of honey or date syrup to sweeten the chia pudding.
Mandarins: Fresh mandarins give this chia pudding a fresh and delicious flavor.
