This is the appetizer you need on Superbowl Sunday- Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip! This recipe is a healthier version of regular buffalo chicken dip. It uses plain greek yogurt instead of any kind of cheese. This recipe is just made with four simple ingredients and requires no baking! I also used healthier brands of hot sauce and ranch dressing in this recipe. Check the ‘What You’ll Need’ section for more details.
I love serving this dip with veggies such as carrot sticks, cucumber slices, and celery. You can also eat it with healthier tortilla chips, such as Siete chips, or even pita bread.

What You’ll Need
Shredded Chicken: I used a plain, rotisserie chicken in this recipe and shredded the chicken into smaller pieces. If you do chose to use a rotisserie chicken, check the label to confirm it’s plain because some rotisserie chickens are seasoned.
Plain Greek Yogurt: I used 2% plain greek yogurt in this recipe. I love greek yogurt! It’s so creamy and delicious. It’s also packed with protein and is so satiating.
Buffalo Sauce: I used the New Primal Buffalo Sauce. This is my favorite buffalo sauce! It contains no added sugar and is made with pretty simple ingredients. It is also gluten free, paleo, and whole30 approved. You can find this sauce at Whole Foods or on Thrive Market.
Ranch Dressing: I used Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing. I love Primal Kitchen products. This dressing also contains no added sugar and is made with simple ingredients. It is gluten free, paleo, and whole 30 approved. You can find this sauce at Whole Foods or on Thrive Market.
