This is the appetizer you need on Superbowl Sunday- Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip! This healthy buffalo chicken dip is rich in protein. It can be made with just four simple ingredients and in less than five minutes. I love serving this dip with veggies such as carrot sticks, cucumber slices, and celery, as well as tortilla chips.

What You’ll Need
Shredded Chicken: I used a plain, rotisserie chicken in this recipe and shredded the chicken into smaller pieces. If you use a rotisserie chicken, check the label to confirm it’s plain and not seasoned.
Plain Greek Yogurt: I used full fat, plain greek yogurt in this recipe. The full fat yogurt makes the dip so creamy and delicious. Greek yogurt is also rich in protein, which helps make this dip satiating.
Buffalo Sauce: I used the New Primal Buffalo Sauce. This is my favorite buffalo sauce! It contains no added sugar and pretty simple ingredients. You can find this sauce at Whole Foods or on Thrive Market.
Ranch Seasoning: I used part of a ranch seasoning packet for this recipe. I love combining ranch seasoning with greek yogurt to make a high protein dip.
How to Make Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip:
- Add the greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce to a bowl and mix. Then, add in the shredded chicken and mix again.
- Serve the healthy buffalo chicken dip with veggies such as carrot sticks, celery, and cucumber slices.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Shredded Chicken cooked
- 1 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt Full Fat
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
