This is the appetizer you need on Superbowl Sunday- Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip! This recipe is a healthier version of regular buffalo chicken dip. This high-protein snack is made with just four simple ingredients and requires no baking. I love serving this dip with veggies such as carrot sticks, cucumber slices, and celery.

What You’ll Need
Shredded Chicken: I used a plain, rotisserie chicken in this recipe and shredded the chicken into smaller pieces. If you use a rotisserie chicken, check the label to confirm it’s plain and not seasoned.
Plain Greek Yogurt: I used 2% plain greek yogurt in this recipe. I love greek yogurt. It’s so creamy and delicious. Greek yogurt is rich in protein and very satiating.
Buffalo Sauce: I used the New Primal Buffalo Sauce. This is my favorite buffalo sauce! It contains no added sugar and pretty simple ingredients. You can find this sauce at Whole Foods or on Thrive Market.
Ranch Dressing: I used Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing. I love Primal Kitchen products. This dressing also contains no added sugar and simple ingredients. You can find this sauce at Whole Foods or on Thrive Market.
