As the weather gets warmer and we approach summer, I love fresh, hydrating recipes. This Shrimp With Mango Avocado Salsa is one of my favorites! It is so simple and delicious and tastes so refreshing.
I cook the shrimp with garlic and honey, top it over a mango and avocado salsa, and serve it cold. You can substitute the mango for cubed pineapple as well and it tastes equally delicious. I top the dish with a squeeze of lime juice.
