How long is the program commitment?
BBM Core is a 6-week program that includes three 1:1 sessions with a prenatal dietitian, plus private messaging support and resources in between. After your Core program, you’ll have the option to extend with ongoing monthly support if you’d like continued guidance.
When is the best time to join Balanced Bump Method (first, second, or third trimester)?
Everyone who joins Balanced Bump Method gets all of the information that they need to confidently nourish themselves throughout their entire pregnancy and through postpartum. It’s never too early to get started!
