Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This Mint Chocolate Chip smoothie tastes like ice cream, but is full of fruits and veggies!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1/4 Avocado ripe
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Cacao Nibs or Vegan Chocolate Chips optional toppings

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients except for the optional toppings until smooth.
  • Add smoothie to a bowl and top with cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips!
