Apple Crumble

This healthy apple crumble recipe is gluten free, vegan, and refined sugar free.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon, Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Cut the apples into slices. Combine the apple slices with 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place on a loaf pan and cook on 400 deg for approximately 40 minutes or until the apples soften.
  • In a bowl, mix together the 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1/4 cup coconut oil. Add mixture to the top of the cooked apples and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the crumble has slightly browned.
