Green Goddess Smoothie

This Green Goddess Smoothie makes the perfect, refreshing breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Wheatgrass
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 - 1/12 cup Coconut Water or Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth! It takes less than five minutes to make.

Notes

To make a thicker smoothie, add less almond milk or coconut water. To make a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk or coconut water.
Note: Wheatgrass may not be safe to consume during pregnancy. Furthermore, the picture of this smoothie bowl contains bee pollen, which also may not be safe to consume during pregnancy. If pregnant, consult your doctor or registered dietitian to understand which foods are safe for consumption.
