Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding
This Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding makes the perfect healthy breakfast or snack! It can be made with just five ingredients.
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder vegan
- 1 mandarin orange
- honey to taste
- 3/4 cup oat milk
Add the chia seeds, oat milk, protein powder, and honey to a bowl.
Stir the bowl until the ingredients are mixed together.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until a "chia pudding" forms.
Remove from refrigerator and top with fresh mandarin slices.
