These Crispy Chickpeas make the perfect healthy snack or topping over a salad. They are gluten free, vegan, and can be made in less than 20 minutes!
Cayenne Pepper Spice
Rinse and thoroughly strain the can of chickpeas.
Place the rinsed chickpeas in a large bowl.
Add 1-2 tbsp of avocado oil, salt, pepper, chipotle spice, paprika spice, and cayenne spice to taste. Mix until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
Place the chickpeas in the air fryer and air fry at 390 degrees for 15 minutes.
