These Egg Muffins make the perfect healthy snack or breakfast on the go!

Spinach

Bell Peppers
chopped

to taste
Oil Spray
Instructions
Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs together. Season with salt and pepper.
Spray a muffin tin with oil spray.
Using a ladle, distribute the egg mixture evenly across 12 muffin tins.
Evenly distribute the chopped veggies across the 12 muffins tins.
Optional: top each muffin tin with shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
These are the veggies that I used, but you can use any veggies that you have to make these muffins!
