Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal
This simple and delicious bowl of Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal makes the perfect nutritious breakfast!
Gluten Free Rolled Oats
Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds
Add oats, water, and flaxseed or chia seeds to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave oats for approximately 1 minutes until they are slightly softened.
Slice 1 banana and add to the bowl. Microwave for 1-2 additional minutes or until the oats have turned to oatmeal and are no longer watery. The banana will soften and slightly melt until the oats.
Top with cinnamon, honey, and almonds.
Tip: heat the banana in the microwave with the oatmeal and it melts into the bowl. Sounds weird but smells and tastes soo good!
