Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal

  • Microwave or Stovetop


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 1/2 cup Water


  • Place oats and water in portions according to the label directions. Place quick oats or rolled oats and water in a bowl and microwave. Alternatively, cook steel cut oats, rolled oats, or quick oats in a pot on the stove top with water. Heat until the oats soften and the oats absorb the water
  • Top with a sliced banana and peanut butter!


Alternatively, you can eat the oats cold. To do this, follow the instructions below.
  1. Place rolled oats or quick oats in a container and add either water or nondairy milk in portions according to the instructions. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
  2. Remove the container from the refrigerator and top with sliced banana and peanut butter! Note: Do not cut the banana in advance because the slices will start browning once the banana is peeled.
