During this quarantine, it seems like everyone is making banana bread. I had two very ripe bananas in my kitchen and decided to get on the banana bread train. I am a very lazy baker so wanted to create a truly easy banana bread recipe. This recipe is so simple. You only need 6 simple ingredients to make this banana bread. To make it, all you need to do is blend ingredients and bake and youβve got a healthy and delicious banana bread!
This banana bread tastes great by itself. I also like to eat mine topped with a slather of peanut butter.
If you have lots of ripe bananas to use, also checkout my Grain-Free Banana Bread Recipe. This banana bread recipe is grain-free as it uses almond, coconut, and tigernut flours.

Hello,
I am allergic to nuts and was wondering if oat or dairy milk could be substituted for almond milk? Have you tried making this recipe using a different kind of milk? If yes what were the results?
Thanks.
Hi Ryan, I haven’t tried using an oat or dairy milk, but it would probably work fine. Let me know if you do try a substitution!
[…] Note: Because this recipe is made with flours such as tigernut, almond, and coconut, the batter will be thicker and the bread will not rise. If you would like a more traditional rising banana bread recipe, checkout my Banana Bread recipe using oats here. […]
