This simple recipe is made with minimal ingredients and is so easy to make- all you need to do is add ingredients to a food processor and blend!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup firmly packed basil
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Avocado Pesto:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix, scraping the sides of the food processor repeatedly until a pesto consistency is formed.
