What You’ll Need to Make the Creamy Avocado Pesto:

Fresh Basil: You, of course, can’t make a pesto sauce without fresh basil!

Avocado: An avocado is used in place of pine nuts in this recipe.

Lemon Juice: The lemon juice gives the pesto a refreshing citrus flavor.

Olive Oil: Olive oil is used to blend the pesto together.

Other: Garlic, salt, and pepper give the pesto sauce a delicious flavor.

  • 1/2 Avocado ripe
  • 1/4 Lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, Pepper to taste
