Can you believe that it’s already September? That means that October and Halloween aren’t too far away! If you’re already thinking about Halloween treats, you are in luck. These Chocolate Pistachio Bars are low in sugar and make the perfect healthier Halloween candy! These chocolate bars use Lily’s Dark Chocolate chips which are sweetened with no sugar sweeteners. These chocolate bars are gluten free, dairy free, and only require 3 ingredients to make! Why wait until Halloween to give these a try? This incredibly easy chocolate recipe is the perfect way to satisfy a sweet tooth or craving.

Chocolate Pistachio Bar Ingredients:
- 2 cups Lilys Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- Pinch of Sea Salt

How to Make Chocolate Pistachio Bars
- Add 2 cups of Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips to a pan on low heat. Stir with a spoon until the chocolate is fully melted. The chocolate will melt pretty quickly. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
- Add the chocolate to a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth chocolate so that it is evenly distributed in the bread pan.
- Distribute 1/2 cup of pistachios evenly across the chocolate. Top the chocolate with a pinch of sea salt.
- Refrigerate chocolate for about an hour to allow the chocolate chips to harden.
- Remove chocolate from the fridge. Note that the chocolate will be hard. You may want to allow the chocolate to sit at room temperature for a few minutes to allow it to soften before cutting.
- Cut the chocolate into bars.
- Store chocolate bars in the refrigerator.
