Fact: you do not need pancake batter to make your own pancakes.
I have been making my own pancake batter a lot lately and have been seriously loving it. I love making pancakes with ingredients that I already have in my pantry. I have also learned to mix them in a way so they are nutritious and fiber rich, but still taste delicious!

I have a few guy friends who have found a lot of success on the keto diet and were able to lose a decent amount of weight. I’m overall neutral when it comes to the keto diet. I’m not a proponent of the keto diet, or against it. I enjoy eating fruit (as you can see by my frequent smoothie bowl posts), so I don’t think it would be a sustainable or satisfying diet for me. Dehydrating my kale chips in the air fryer took them to the NEXT LEVEL. It only took about 1 1/2 hours and they were the perfect level of crunchy.
These kale chips have a delicious, cheesey flavor and make the perfect snack. The best part is they are also gluten free and vegan. That’s right, they have a cheesey flavor but are still dairy free! How is that? See ingredient details below!
