Whether you’re in a rush to get out the door in the morning or unmotivated to make breakfast, these breakfast recipes are for you. In this post, I’ll be sharing 3 quick and easy breakfasts for busy mornings. Each of these recipes are nutritious and balanced and take very little effort to assemble.
Eggs and Cauliflower Hash Browns

Eggs are a great source of protein and the yolks are rich in a variety of different micronutrients, some of which are hard to find in other foods. They are also incredibly easy to make- you can even cook eggs in the microwave! Pair the eggs with some cauliflower hash browns (I like the brand Strong Roots). Just throw the hash browns in the oven or air fryer and wait for them to cook! I usually toss them in the air fryer before I take a shower so they are ready to be eaten by the time I’m finished getting ready for the day. Top the eggs and cauliflower hash browns with some buffalo sauce for added flavor. This makes an easy and balanced breakfast with protein, fat, and fiber.

Greek Yogurt Bowl

Greek yogurt bowls make a great, nutritious breakfast. The best part about greek yogurt bowls is that they are incredibly easy to assemble. Greek yogurt is rich in protein, which makes this breakfast satiating. Combine the greek yogurt with nut butter, berries, and a little bit of honey and it makes a nutritious breakfast that is balanced with protein, fat, and fiber.

Salmon Avocado Toast

Upgrade your basic avocado toast with some smoked salmon. This recipe only requires 4 ingredients and it creates a breakfast or snack that is balanced with protein, healthy fat, and fiber.
