Chocolate Chip Tahini Clusters on deck tonight! Because I’m ALWAYS craving something sweet after dinner. For me, fruit or a spoonful of honey won’t cut it, I always want chocolate 😋🍫 These are the perfect about of sweet and made with real food and only 4 ingredients!
I love using tahini, but it can be super pricey- I’ve seen it as high as $10/jar. I found the organic tahini that I used for only $4 at Trader Joes.
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
2 tbsp maple syrup
- Mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Place contents of the bowl in a dish over parchment paper- I used a bread baking dish.
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and cut into squares. They will be messy.
