Banana Nutella Smoothie Bowl

Banana Nutella smoothie bowl for breakfast this morning! 🍌🌰 Made with bananas, frozen riced cauliflower, cacao powder, hazelnuts, avocado, cinnamon, and nut milk. This 80 degree weather has been perfect and has me craving all of smoothie bowls! Can it be summer in NYC already? ☀️

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

1/4 avocado

2 scoops cacao powder

Handful of raw hazelnuts

cinnamon

1-1.5 cups nut milk

Toppings: cacao nibs and hazelnuts

Optional: 1-2 fresh (pitted) medoolan dates for added sweetness

 

 

Directions:

Starting with 1 cup of nut milk, add all the  ingredients into a blender except for the toppings. Add more nut milk as needed to blend and get the right consistency. Top with toppings.
